Website to allow clubs and restaurants to sign on, set up their club or restaurant, and begin taking reservations either over the telephone with an in-house reservationist, or by providing access to club members and restaurant guests through the website. These will actually be two different configurations of the same site since clubs have different needs than restaurants, and there will be signficant control from the admin side in regard to what members and guests can and cannot do on the site. The website should allow for automatic setup and billing to a credit card, without user-intervention.
