It will be a basic site just for information and SEO purposes. I have a list of sites that I like the design of. The person or company I hire will create the design untill we are happy then implement it into a wordpress site. It will be clean and it has to be easily editable from the backend. It will be a 2 page site. Front page will be a design that we will discuss and the second page will be for all other pages created. Very easy very basic.
