Project analysis and management

I know a little about HTML/CSS and used to design some websites but for the project like this then I know nothing. That's the reason I need you guys, the expert in project Management who will help me to analyze the project based on studying the simplyhired.com. If you make the good job then you will manage the project for me. Anyone with strong background and experience in project management using Linux, MySQL, PHP, Apache tech would be good candidate. The main point of the project is usability, fast, scalable, and security. Please provide me at least one sample of your job done in the past.
