animated logo+touring number in enter page

i need an animated logo for my business website. the logo must be professional (no much colors...) have a nice look and animated one with a simple animation.i want it unique logo (no premade logo) and related with my business (FOREX and Markets investments). concerning the touring number in main page,i need it like the screenshots attached with the [login to view URL] place the logo,the domain and the slogan in this enter page and off course the enter page must be simple designed and have a [login to view URL] just see [login to view URL] file, it resume my needs exactly. i must see the portfolios of every bidder in logo design and some similar works. my budget for this simple project is 50$.
