Adobe Photoshop Graphics and Image Slicing

I would like a Photoshop graphic design that I will use to make a template for Xsite Pro site as described at <[login to view URL]> I want the design 750 pixels wide and 400 pixel in height. I want something similar to the example template picture on the above page in terms of having an image (my picture of an open vault) in the upper left hand corner of the design, a gradient on the header portion, and rounded corners. However I want a 150 pixel left hand and a 150 pixel right hand column. I want it to use the "open vault" picture currently on my website (Open Vault id#896689 from [login to view URL]) and a similar color scheme as to what is already on my website at <[login to view URL]> I simply want the graphic design to make the site look better with more rounded edges instead of straight lines and a much better looking header that has better text effects, a gradient, possibly more images or graphic design added in the header part, and the tag line centered more attractively in the header portion. After I have approved the design, then the image needs to be sliced as described at <[login to view URL]> so I can use it for my Xsite Pro template. Then if it's possible I would like the images packed to load quickly (I'm not really familiar if this can be done with Photoshop) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It will be on a Unix server. The delivered files need to be .psd files.
