Alter an Image (.gif) in Adobe Photoshop

Well I have a image in .gif format which is a simple logo using text for a website. There is no fancy thing in the image. Well the task is to change the text for one word and to come up with a logo which has that one word changed and also the font of the text to be different (need a good font here). Well for adobe people, it should not take more than 5min. I need the file both in gif and .psd format. Let me explain the project real quick again, there is a logo which is in plain text just like "YAHOO" or "GOOGLE" logos with plain text. You have to change one word in the logo which has 5 words in it and change the image a little bit(I need some creativity here). Please ask me if you have any more questions. Its not a big project and will take no more than 10 min for the people who knows Photoshop. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
