Application to query Amazon web services for data from list of ISBN numbers

I need an application which will import my list and use amazon web services to pull information about the list. It would help if the imported list could be in multiple formats, but will work if it has to be one format (only tab delimited). There needs to be the ability to save and reuse import templates -may import different files and want templates to remember mapped fields After import, query AWS by referencing ISBN number Pull common AWS info like sales rank and price for each ISBN Open data in excel file.
