Automate Desktop Windows Program

I have a Windows desktop software program that I use to run reports. I input information into the program and it spits out reports. I do this a lot, so I would like to automate this process. I have tried "macro software", but have found it to be very unreliable. I am looking for someone to build me a program that reliably launches and runs this desktop program with "just one click." Ideally, here is what the program would do: 1. Recognize the 'request for a report' by monitoring a specific web page. When that web page changes or shows a request for a report, the program knows to start the report process. We can design this web page however you think it will work best, there is no set form we have to work with. 2. Capture between four and eight pieces of data from the web page. These pieces of data are the inputs required to create the report using the desktop software. These are text items like "name" "date" etc. 3. Launch the desktop program and enter the data into the appropriate fields. 4. Select the correct reports to run, and click "export" to a folder on the desktop. Your program will know which reports to run either by also capturing that information from the web page, or by launching a variable script depending on the report request (e.g., if Report A is requested, then launch script 1, etc). 5. Upload the report files one by one, from the folder into a web form. I do not have access to the Desktop software program's source code, nor do I know if it can run from the command line (you would need to help me figure that out). Thanks for bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, and a list of instructions for completing the task. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows NT, 2000 and XP in all versions, and all 4.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. However, I am flexible on these requirements - my biggest concern is Windows 2000 Pro.
