Automated twitter poster

This simple project consists of creating a program, in Delphi, that 1. Stores multiple login/password credentials for twitter accounts 2. Allows automated posts to be sent to twitter. 3. Keeps a record of posts made for each user 4. Allows a refresh & and time limit setting to be associated, displayed and stored for each post 5. Based on the refresh on the post (if any), the tweet will be deleted and then reposted on the refresh interval until the time limit is reached. The project should be delivered as a object with a simple form (needs to be functional, not pretty) that can accomplish the functionality set. The class should have basic comments to explain basics so another developer can integrate the class into other applications.
