Automatic Online Form Tool Data Entry Program

Take An Online Data Entry Form already created and export the data to a DataBase or .CSV spreadsheet file which can then be imported into a program with similar data entry fields (online analysis form-tool), but which would normally require human intervention by clicking on buttons on this data entry form. After info is imported automatically (via program you create) into this online analysis form-tool, then a .pdf file will be created from the program (already there) that the data is put into. The .pdf file is to be sent to my email address. This must be made so that serveral filled out forms can be entered into this online analyis form-tool, which takes only one person's info at a time. This may take opening several browser windows to accomplish this. That is it! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
