Basic Animation

I am making an educational CD for kids of 2nd grade to make them learn spoken English. I will be shooting on a DV Camera and adding written theory to the shots to explain how english should be used by kids. I need a few animated characters who would lip sync to a recorded voice. I will give the script of those characters and what they would do in a scene. All I need is a MPEG format clippings of those characters doing a summersault etc and lipsyncing a line or two. I dont need any audio only the video. I dont need origional characters even stock characters would do. ## Deliverables In a nutshell...I am making a 30 min short film on the subject of teaching spoken english for school kids of 2nd grade. So the work is very very basic. All I need is to enrich my video with some animated characters coming saying a line or two on screen and then vanishing and thats about it. The total number of characters is about 5 and they may come on screen for performance a couple of times each.
