Can you help me on security and user rights in Wondows Server 2003 and IIS?

LET'S FIX IT TOMORROW - THURSDAY! I need help on understanding user rights for IIS and Windows Server 2003. Specifics: * I'd like the security on my web server (Windows server 2003) to be better. Now I only use Administrator logon. * I like other users to be able to connect to the computer using Terminal Server with a different logon than Administrator. * After SP1 was installed I have a problem to logon to my web sites in IIS. I need help on how to handle IIS security, up till now I have only used Administrator logon.
