Coding of HTML5 Virtual Tour Viewer (360° panorama viewer) based on existing Javascript viewer (must run on all platforms!)

I have a Virtual tour software (360? Panorama viewer with thumbnails, see 3 screenshots of the same viewer in attachment) coded in javascript, which runs perfectly on PC/Mac. (I am owner of the code) I need the same (or similar) Panorama viewer coded in HTML5 with the same features. The Panorama/Virtual Tour Viewer must work on ALL platforms online and offline. (browsers, PC, MAC, Ipad/Iphone, Android, Tablets etc.) The 360? panoramas to be embedded in the later tours will be edited in html5. The viewer should also be able to display jpgs and mpg/mp4 formats. Parameters like thumbnail names, text files, frame colors etc should be easily editable in an external folder of the software. (As in my existing javascript viewer) Please do not hesitate to ask, if you need more info. Winner of project will receive the original Javascript Viewer code for converting. (Strictly confidential)
