Consulting on creating OFX file for Quicken and MS Money

I am looking for a person who has experience creating OFX (Open Financial Exchange files) for Quicken 2005 and MS Money. Please note that I need consultation only. This consultant should provide me the detail of what and how the data should be placed in the OFX file. I have a database contains order information, such as 1) Order number, Date, Amount 2) Buyer Information such as Address 3) Order detail information containing items Once I get the specification, I will write a procedure to create the OFX file.
