Create MSI and SMS script

We are a software company. We have developed an ActiveX control that is used with our software. We are experts on ActiveX but not experts on deployment of software in a large organization. I need a programmer that is an expert at creating MSI's that can be used by IT departments to remotely install an ActiveX control so that GUEST users can run our software without having to install it themselves. We know many of our clients use both SMS and MSI's to deploy our player, but would like to make it easier for them by having something to start with. The project is to create an MSI and SMS script that can be modified by a prospect for deployment. I don't know what is possible or not possible so will be looking for guidance as well. Here is a link to the standalone install to create the MSI and SMS scripts. <[login to view URL]> Kirk Berry ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
