Dispensary Assistant

I am a herbalist with a dispensary of 500 different liquid herbs. 500mL each. Each herb has a different monetry value. I make individual blends of these for clients. Law requires we keep detailed records of who received what & when & who prescribed it. I want a programme that lists all herbs and the amount we have in hand. As the details of each client mix is entered I want that amount taken out of stock. It must have the ability to show a stock take at request and also compile an order list when any stock level reaches 100mL. I need to be able to add herbs as required and change stock levels and their value when new stock is ordered. The programme needs to be able to come to a dollar figure for each individual mix dependant upon what went into it. For exmple: False Unicorn Root retails at 1.80 per mL whereas Hops retails at .45c per mL (AU dollars). A blend of 70mL of False Unicorn Root and 30mL of Hops comes to $139.50 for 100mL. The details of each new mix needs to cover the name of the client, client number, date, dose, practitioner, dispenser and needs to issue each new mix an original identification code. The programme should be able to generate labels (size Avery J8161) with all details: Name, date, dose, unique code & safety precautions). We run Windows XP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
