convert excel sheets into outlook PST

I have around 20 excel spreadsheets with names, address, email listed in them, but emails are "hidden" in hyper link. Need t oconvert hyperlink to text email address and I need to extract the info in excel into a outlook phonebook. One group or phonebook for each spreadsheet. Around 15,000 entries in all. I had someone do this for me before, I have macro to do it..maybe.. but do not know how to run it. Hopefully this is an easy automated project for someone who knows what they are doing. One requirement, dispose of the emails after you give to me. Do not use or sell to spammers.
