c# wcf restful service(repost)

This service will be written in .net using c# and wcf. It will use the associated verbs for each call. This service will contain 7 web methods. The main method of this service will be "SendObject". This method will allow for the sending of a file to windows azure service for storage. Your service will receive the file then send it to the windows azure web service. I will provide you with the account for azure. The other methods are mainly just stubs that I will fill in with code. I will provide the descriptions of each method. You will need to provide the source code, brief instructions on building the service, and brief instructions on installing the service.
