AWS Migration and Professional SETUP with Plesk

I have a website [login to view URL] It takes ages to load due to a variety of factors. Hence i have posted a seperate optimization request : http://www.freelancer.com/projects/PHP-Wordpress/Website-Optimization.html I am also planning to migrate to a larger instance. I believe currently is a small instance. Are you able to help me migrate to a large instance and install a plesk license i provide? Or is there any way to do this simpler? And to design a more scalable architecture so i can scale easily without having to migrate ever again. This of course can be quoted seperately Just let me know the cost and timeline. Thanks
