Changing the A Year Before plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. I have the "A Year Before" plugin currently installed [login to view URL] This plugin creates a widget the allows to show the titles of the articles which were written a certain time ago. The plugin use was customized by a freelancer in the past. It is based on version 0.8 of the plugin. Attached is the amended plugin I am using. What I need - I want to be able to select the category of the posts displayed by the widget. For this I need the widget to have an extra field that allows to select a category if I wish so (a category id or, preferably a drop down menu of the categories), Freelancer should send me an amended version of the plugin. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. I will install the plugin on a test site and when successful on live site. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
