Changing the header menu to WordPress child theme

You will need to modify the header of a child theme I use on a wordpress site. The header need to be created as shown in the attached header image at the bottom of the project and to apply to the child theme. That's it!!! ======================================================================== Keep in mind: * The header menu must support the default Wordpress menu links: Top-Header Menu & Main Menu and to keep the curent search option. * The default theme support changing the color of the layout, so I want to keep this option. * The theme is responsive so I would like to keep the responsiveness after adding the header. Time for completing the project 2-3 hours MAX. Overpriced bidder will be completely ignored.
