Custom WP plugin ‘Sign up form’

We are looking for a WordPress plugin that integrates a simple sign up form with our platform. See attached image for an example of the sign up form. We have a clear interface definition for this. In essence the new plugin have to post the data entered and validate them, after that the validated data should be posted in to our platform. Our platform will return a OK on success or an error list in XML-format on failure. An error returned should be displayed to the end user into the proper language. Specifications: # Develop plugin at the latest WP version. # Prepare plugin for future WP updates, including storing plugin version for future updates. # Enable debugging, including a debug log status. # Prefix the special functions of the plugin. # Include an 'Admin menu' for managing settings plugin per website, including a shortcut to Admin page. # Multiple languages. Plugin have to deal with multiple languages. # Tracking code. Plugin have to track and send a promoter ID. This ID is embedded in the URL. URL's may differ than the original website domain, as external promoters may use their own domains. # Background image upload, to integrate an image for the plugin easily. Additional info: # CSS. We do not want to spread the plugin very widely. We prefer to customise each plugin by CSS. # Regarding the data post. After all data is filled in and checked the data have to be send to our server by an HTML post. We will hand over you the specs of this HTML post. # XML check. On a post we send back an XML. This XML will state if the post succeeded or failed. Exact procedure we will specify in the interface specs. Ownership. We receive ownership of the plugin after payment. Time table.
