Creation of high quality HTML templates(repost)

**Description:** For a website, we need someone to create 9 HTML templates based on 9 PSD files. **We provide:** * A detailled website guideline. (fonts used, color used, spacing, etc...) * A HTML/CSS template which contains the header and the footer * Some details, descriptions or instructions about each template ### Requirements: **Format:** The page use the DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional **Browser Compatibiliy:** All HTML pages should be coded semantically, and be W3C validated. Please ensure tags are used correctly thorugh out the site. The sites should be cross browser compatible, working in IE6+, IE7, FireFox 2, Firefox 3 on PC. Safari and Firefox on Mac. **Naming conventions:** All CSS and JS files should have the same name as the html file that uses it. Unless it is a file that is shared across many files. Eg Files for [login to view URL] should be named [login to view URL] or registration.js. **CSS:** Each page will have 2/3 css file. The site has a default css file ([login to view URL]) which is where all generic styles that are used across the entire site are used. **PNG transparency:** We use the [login to view URL] method developed by twinhelix.com. This is already set-up on the site. To use it copy and paste the style tag which calls it in the head of the doc. This file cannot be initiated from an external css file hence it has to be in the HTML document. PLEASE, NO coders without GOOD ratings. SHORT DEADLINE!! 75% of the work must be done in the week.
