Cross platform mobile banking app development, phase 1 - (pref HTML5)(repost)

This is the very firsts phase of a mobile app development for a bank. I need someone who can develop in HTML5, so all smartphones can access this app initially via the web. The first phase will be very simplistic and will be focused on 'aesthetics' rather than functionality. The developer may need to work with a good User Interface designer. Functionality required for this first phase would be as follows: - An initial page that will simply ask for a username and password. This has to have a good 'look and feel'. - Once logged in (with a test user), you can then view some dummy balances (cuurent, savings, loans, mortgage a/c etc). Again, emphasis is on aethetics/look and feel for now. Subsequent phases would then proceed to functionality. Thanks Aki
