Datafeed Search Filter - As Per Image - Wordpress

Hi there, We need to create a search filter similar to the image attached. Our website is www DOT vibrator DOT co DOT uk If you conduct a search from the sidebar you will see our standard search results. We are using a datafeed script and I can liaise with the scripts developer should we need to ask any questions, although I think it will be fairly simple. We need the ability to sort by: - Price - Brand - Shop and to sort price form high to low and low to high. Also display total number of results and adjust pagination (pagination is already in place).
