Google Map Api-Custom Search based on member Criteria. Create Custom Form. I want to insert a delivery quote/module feature based on google map api miles that will calculate values on my website. Preferably done in php/mysql with a backend admin to adjust values. Please see attachment. Base on Service Type:/Base Rate/Vehicle Type-Google Miles-Mile Schedule, Fuel Surcharge and Weight Schedule. User can enter pick up adress, including city and zip or just zip. User can enter pick up adress, including city and zip or just zip. Calculate From address or From Zip to To Address = miles via Google Maps. Get Delivery Quote, Example: PICK UP FROM:, DELIVERY TO:, VEHICLE TYPE:, WEIGHT: lbs., SERVICE TYPE:, READY TIME:, FUEL SURCHARGE. With Backend Edit for Admin. I would like to be able to have module/script to be able to use on 2 of my sites.
