buy button script for website

I need a buy button script for a sales video.. the script should 1. show buy button at certain time in video playback (need to use cuepoints for flowplayer) 2. show buy button for returning visitors who have seen the video for a certain amount of time. this script to be installed on 2 web pages with videos. This should be an easy project for someone who is an expert with simple scripts. I also to need to test 2 buy buttons with google optimizer. (not sure if it matters with the script but want to make sure I mention it here)
