create html/css page from layered photoshop files

attached is a layered photoshop file with the look and feel and graphical elements we want for home page. we have another file for content page, much simpler design. use these files as guide to create (webify) two css/ xhtml web pages and associated style sheets: one that will be a home page, and one that will serve as a template for the content pages of site. the top portion of design, the radio header above the nav, is an already completed flash file. this project includes the nav and everything below it on both pages. nav is to be a "son of suckerfish" drop down CSS-based menu, as seen on [login to view URL] home page is to be designed to use as much CSS layout as possible, and avoid table-based layout, but with the understanding that a pure-css design might not be possible given the graphical peculiarities of this design. turn pages are simpler can probably be designed using pure CSS layout. see existing [login to view URL] site for an example of the types of content we will be flowing into these turn pages. in most respects this is just a new skin for existing site. HTML and style sheets from existing site will be provided if needed. pages can be designed using greeked content, as "real" content will be provided by a Coldfusion content management system, to be added later. Requires any neccessary javascript "tricks" to ensure that css works layout works cross-browser. One challenge is executing the home page poll. Our current polling solution, [login to view URL], does not give us the formatting flexibility to easily include their polling script in this design. We need to either identify a better polling solution that can be consistent with this design, or build one, or make the sparklit stuff work. If the best option is to build a poll (and idiot proof backend) I'm open to making that a seperate project, or rolling it into this project, but time frame is the same. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Mac, Unix, Linux ie and netscape 6+ (and should work "ok" on most 5+ browsers) Mozilla 1+ Opera, Safari I will provide access to [login to view URL] subscription for testing.
