Add in Banner Management & Field Types

Hello, I am looking for someone that can add/modify the current banner system on my classifieds website. It appears that there is a banner system, but that the code if incomplete or needs to be modified in order for it to work correctly. I would like to be able to upload multiple banners or use adsense code when needed. I should be able to manage the banners as you normally would in other sites/admin sections. I also need to have 2 new types of fields added to my custom field options. Currently, there is drop down box, checkbox, textbox, but I would like to add in 'Year' which would be two drop down boxes allowing a user to select to search between two different years. And then I would also like to have a 'Number' type that would be exactly like 'Year', but be textboxes where the user can enter in their own number instead of selecting from the drop down box. I would like to get started on this as soon as possible. Thanks, BCBC
