Agregate Elegant Theme Adjustment

I have some minor adjustments to be made to an Agregate theme. The points are below and the further details of links etc will be provided once chosen: Front Page: 1) Remove very top menu and brown area with 'search'. 2) 4 header images should be link to: "To Be Advised" 3) Please remove 'Posted by admin on May 21, 2013' from each of them 4) The 'excerpts' dont seem to be working. See 'Most Recent Articles" 5) Under 'Categories' right column, can this show about 4 of the latest posts for each categories link in "To Be Advised" etc. 6) Can they also be put into a particular order? 7) Please remove 'Uncategorized' 8) Please make hyperlinks blue FOOTER: 9) Please change "Designed by Elegant WordPress Themes | Powered by WordPress" to ""To Be Advised"" with '"To Be Advised" 10) Left of footer please put 'Copyright © 2013 "To Be Advised"' 11) The short 'excerpt' does not seem to be working 12) Please remove 'Posted in Recipes" and one of the lines. 13) Remove 'Posted by admin on May 22, 2013 in Products | 0 comments' and one of the lines. 14) There is a strange border around the images that does not match the rest of the site. Can you please remove this. 15) At the bottom of each page please remove 'older/newer posts' and put page numbers instead. Right Column: 16 ) In the right column please remove: ‘Posted by admin on 5-21-13' 17) the right column seem to have a problem with boxes and images - not sure what that is. 18) Could you please add more space between the photo and the list with the bullet points that starts with 'Vanilla and Chocolate Chia Mousse'. 19) add popup window “Find out the 7 hidden truths about what really benefits your health!”
