Building extra PHP application in CRE Loaded 6.15

Hello, Go to my demo website [login to view URL] Click on top "informatie". Click on "[meer lezen]" from the subject "Golfbanen onder de loep!" The page you now see have to be changed! On this page I need some scroll blocks with choices to be made. First you have to make a choice for Country: Second you have to make a choice for City and golfcourse After you have made your choice the page is showing you the information of the golfcourse! It must be possible to add Golfcourses and information of golfcourses through the admin or with a sort of PHP/HTML editor. I have send a picture of my idea how it have to look like!!
