CMS Module (phpmotion)

I need a module created for a CMS that will use the # of pageviews information already being collected and collect addition information of # of clicks on a specific block, to generate a competitive board of "top users" for "clicks" and "pageviews". It also needs to track the referral network of that user (via friends) and tell the user when each member of his/her referral network (friends) have completed certain goals (actions as a user).
