Correct IE8 compatibility issue on a Joomla Template

I've got a Joomla 1.5 website, with the "Mynxx" template from RocketTheme.
It has an issue on IE8, it doesn't show well...
To check, open [login to view URL] on IE 8, then FireFox/Safari/Chrome, and you will see the difference. There are 2 JS errors when opening with IE 8 (appearently in [login to view URL]). Didn't manage to fix them.
This project's aim is only to fix this issue and get a IE8 compatible website.
