Asterisk Dialplan Help

I have a dialplan almost working, but need some help. here is what happens: Another script will build a .call file (see my other projects if interested) the outgoing call is placed over my IAX2 connection, and when answered, the recipient is dropped into the context i built. The user is then allowed to enter 1 of 3 options: 1 to hear a message 2 to confirm that they understand the message 3 to speak to someone -Database integration of dialplan: I want some information grabbed and then fed back/changed in a local mysql database -If the call is answered, I want that put in -If the user presses 2,3 i want that put into a diff field -if the user doesnt enter anything i need that put in -Information from the DB will be read, and used if the user hits 3 -3 is an OUTBOUND Call to an extension not on the asterisk server. -I am having some trouble with DIAL or transfer, I cant get the call to be connected. -Last thing is to run a system command. I will provide my current, dialplan and you can work off that to add the DB integration and fix the dial command.
