Crop 101 Images into standard sizes

I have a pdf with 101 product images and some text next to each image. They are all in different shapes and some text is big and some small. I need 1 small image 250x250 which you will show the majority of the product. And when users click they will see the big image 800width and up to 1000 height which can include a collage of images and text. Its important that text should be big enough to read. I dont expect you to copy text just to copy and paste it from PDF. The big image can use a border or some some blending techniques to make it all match text and images in a single unit. I hope to pick a designer within 10 hours and i hope this job can be completed within 2-3 days.
