I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project. 1 - I used to have a furniture company with our own shop, and where we did some pieces of solid wood. at somepoint in time, we wanted to launch a modular system fro lightweight houses, but due the lack of funding we dropped the project 2 - in order to make a good project for such playhouse and/or shades, is necessary to know how the timber/wood works (there are few "secrets" when you process timber, that could lead to cracks or bending, etc, if the timber is not properly used) 3 - being used for children, a special attention should be payed to dimensions, corners, edges, etc so to assure that is safe 4 - in order to have a working assembly the proper fasteners should be used (just ask and see how many other knows about torband screws - those with squared neck...)
