android to iphone bluetooth voice Chat

Hi, I want a software that woud enable me to voice chat over bluetooth from an android to android or android to Iphone. Voice chat as a talkie walkie or normal voice chat. Android Phone "A" should be a server Android Phone "B" should be able to connect through bluetooth as a client, and Iphone "C" should be able to connect and 2nd client. All of them should be able to chat voice with each other using bluetooth only, not internet, and no phone charged minutes. this has done for IPHones in this article [login to view URL] but I need it for an Android to android to Iphone.
