I have spent the last few years in the Real Estate and Construction Industry, and I am an incorporate member of the Charted Institute of Builders.
My experience includes working as Property Development Manager for a Property Development Company developing;- residential, retail, office and leisure spaces in Botswana.
My Educational Background Includes; a Bsc (hons) in Construction Project Management from Oxford Brookes University, which also included a year out placement which I spent as a research assistant for the development of an Architectural decision making tool for the design of Low Impact Buildings.
I poses the key skills to excel in any Project Management, Project Coordination & Client facing/Reporting roles,-where , Team coordination, works scheduling , clear reporting& communication are essential.
These skills include in-depth, Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office; which for example includes the use of Excel to record project data, and the use of Pivot tables and charts to produce dashboards for reporting and monitoring projects and as well as Microsoft Project for scheduling work and allocating resources.
I enjoy coordinating and leading cross functional teams for delivery of projects & Tasks. I believe I have strong leadership skills and I have been told I have effective team management skills.
My professional Roles have included; Coordination& liaison between project teams and clients, Project Management of Fit outs, Proposal writing and tender compilation
