Professional Editor needed to edit textbook

An experienced with strong knowledge of academic writing is needed to EDIT a manuscript book of about 700 pages of 28 chapters. The person must be very good with English language and must be capable of line by line editing and re-arrangement of the book, edit comprehensively, remove duplicate/repeated topics or content, ensure consistent type fonts, headings, sub-headings, and numbering formats. Must also provide accurate title for the diagrams and tables. Only serious and experienced Professional editor should bid on this. This must be completed within two-three weeks. Earlier completion will be appreciated.
