Changes to Python/Django project

I am a seasoned writer with experience with different formats such APA, MLA, and Chicago. I have performed prior art searches, and drafted patent applications. I am technical programmer with experience in writing research reports, academic reports. I can provide samples of my writing. I am a software programmer with experience in Python programming, and a couple of other programming languages added to my tool set. I am most comfortable with Python. My documentation skills are perfect. I would like to begin work on this project. Please let me know if I qualify for this bid.
