I would like a bot building using python that creates a relay between IRC channels and Telegram chat groups. Ideally the bot will be able to auto join irc channels if it needs rebooting, auth with the irc services (the server uses cservices), allow admins to be added to the bot and finally accept simple irc commands from those admins such as !op !voice !deop !kick etc. The bot will need to do other things in the future so more work may be available. I'm happy to discuss quotes.
