Develop a Mac Application

Hi. I have experience in python programming (both GUI based and scripting). I recently developed a similar application in Linux using python which basically covers all your requirement. The application basically fetch data from a csv file which is constantly updating and the data is plotted on the window using matplotlib library. Tkinter library was used to develop the GUI. The matplotlib graphs were embedded in the tkinter gui. Since here data will be fetched from excel, pandas library can be used and rest of things is pretty much same.
