Create workflow for purchase order, Before send email of purchase to supplier, need to get an approval from project manger(drop down list of employees) and approval from CEO, the the pruchase order can be send to supplier. (project manager and CEO will receive email notification there there is a Purchase order need to be approved. the PDF of pruchase will show the PO is approved by Project manger and CEO.
