Design a gelato shop

Hello, I am looking to design my gelato (Ice cream) shop. The shop size is attached with this post. I am looking for a modern-classical design or any unique ideas. I prefer the ceiling to be industrial-type design. I prefer light coloring in general. Wood, steal, cement, and other decorations are good for me. Below some of the equipment sizes in the shop: Size of the gelato display freezer: 2183 x 1048 x 1306 mm (attached the catalog, model STD 24) Coffee machine: 770 x 540 x 520 mm coffee grinder: 220 x 385 x 575 mm Small Sink, refregerator store ceiling height: nearly 400 mm storefront height: nearly 600 mm There will be a closed preparation area at least 16 square meter, and at least 10 sqare meter storage. I am looking for both 2d and 3d design for both inside and the storefront along with all of the materials (paint, Flooring, .... etc) that will be used in the shop. I can go further with discussing the project after hiring someone for the work.
