Interior design drawings for 2 bedroom apartment -- 2

Design details: I need interior design drawings for my 2 bedroom apartment. The drawing requirements in AutoCAD .dwg are as follows: 1. Furniture layout (sample shown in the drawing which may be modified if reqd.) and wall features (like shelf etc.) if any. 2. Gypsum False ceiling simple design layout and section. 3. Electrical lighting layout and details of lights on ceiling. 4. Kitchen layout and cabinet arrangement. 5. 3D rendering of a view showing kitchen, living cum dining room. Design Criteria: * The concrete ceiling height from the finished floor level shall be 2.8 metres. *There are ceiling fan points (shown in the drawing). *Split A.C points are only provided in the Bedrooms. *Like to provide 1 no. Cassette A.C between the Living - Dining so false ceiling to accommodate that. *Electrical points and sanitary fitting locations as specified in the drawing. Preferences: *In Bedrooms the head position of the bed should not face North direction. *In Kitchen the cooking range, sink and refrigerator cannot be re-positioned. *False ceiling should be simple and the geometry should be in straight edges without any curvy styles. *Prefer combination of down lights and spot lights in general. *Prefer pendant down light for kitchen breakfast counter. *Need color recommendations for wall, furniture, ceiling and lights. *Prefer painted walls and no wall papers.
