Compile published articles on specific medical procedure

Hello. I am looking for someone to help me compile an authoritative global collection of 200 published articles on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. This will be used as the basis for a Clinical Evaluation. The ability for our successfully tenderer to be able to access online journals and article repositories such as PubMed, Spinger and the New England Journal of Medicine is preferable. There are 20 specific diagnoses / conditions for which I am seeking published, peer reviewed medical research. I would like to obtain 10 articles on each diagnoses / condition. While I am seeking articles which are positive, negative and neutral on the efficacy of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, ultimately I hope to present a reasonably positive Clinical Evaluation on this medical treatment. In addition with being provided with the 200 articles as PDFs, I would like a summary document for each of the 20 diagnoses / condition which lists title, authors, Digital Object Identifier (or PMID etc), keywords, abstract and conclusion for each of the 10 articles pertaining to each diagnoses / condition. There is a good chance that if I find the right person to help with this, I will offer an additional job to write Clinical Evaluations for each diagnoses / condition.
