Shoppers agree to the following: - I will not fill out an application for anyone other than myself. I understand that each person must fill out their own application to become a mystery shopper; - to avoid any possibility of bias, I will not accept any assignment to review a business that has employed me, a member of my household or immediate family, or any close friends; - if I experience a problem completing a task, I will contact the Superior Coordinator immediately; - I will not submit inaccurate information, including but not limited to falsifying or guessing information regarding something I am unsure about; - I will not share information with others about the results; - I will not share information with others about the clients. Main Mystery Shopper objective is to book a property on behalf of our choice for one (1) night. The ideal Mystery Shopper should get in touch with the host at the agreed check-in hour. After booking completion, the shopper should call/email the host and ask for further details. All booking fees will be supported by our company. A good mystery shopper is always anonymous. A shopper should be able to visit the same location more than once without being detected by the staff. After completing the visits, reliable shoppers submit their reports before the deadline. Of course, we realize that situations occasionally arise that prevent shoppers from completing assignments on time. Reliable shoppers contact us immediately to inform us of the situation. As a reliable shopper, it is important that you: - complete the reservations you sign up for; - visit the correct location on the scheduled date at the correct time; - carefully follow the instructions given; - submit your report on time (by 4 pm (noon) Central Standard Time the day following your task); - submit a complete, accurate and detailed report; - respond to any Secret Shopper® contact within 24 hours during the normal work week.
