I have an Ruby-on-rails app deployed in heroku. My app retrives data from youtube api, and using redis-to-go, stores the data to, say, [login to view URL] However, when I access [login to view URL] "just" after my app finishes data retrieval, then there is data, but when I access [login to view URL] "some minutes" after my app finishes data retrieval, there is no data. Moreover, if I access [login to view URL] "second time", then there is no data. Does heroku (or redis-to-go) erase data after some length of time? And does heroku (or redis-to-go) erase data in the 2nd visit to the data? How can I make sure the data is erased (and overwritten with new content) only when I run the app the next time?
