Journalist/writer that enjoy interviewing nurses wanted (Not Face-to-Face)

We are a fast-growing online marketing company in The Netherlands. We are looking for multiple writers/journalists who enjoy interviewing well-experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (Certified Nurse Aide or CNA) in the US for our client. You don't need to conduct a face-to-face interview. We need 7 interviews for this round. What Should You Do? 1. Contact potential interviewees who are currently studying/working as a CNA, or who have had great experience in CNA Careers 2. Get confirmation from a potential interviewee 3. Based on the interviewee's background, you make a list of questions. 4. After we approved your questions, you email your questions to the particular interviewee to let her/him write 5. After the interviewee sent it to you, you edit the piece of content and ask the interviewee to review your edited content. 6. You must also confirm the interviewee to provide a nice profile picture. It is a MUST for this project. Without a nice profile picture, you only get half of the price from us. 7. You deliver the content on time, including the nice profile picture and the interviewee's email. Who Should You Interview? The interviewee should meet the following requirements: - The interviewee is currently studying/working as a CNA in the US, or have had great experience in CNA Careers in the US - The interviewee is willing to provide real advice to help future CNA students - Please try to interview people with different background, such as gender, location, specification, experience, education, position and so on. How Long Should The Content? The interview is about 700 words. It is not a big issue if the final piece goes over 700 words as long as the content meets the following two criteria: 1) Deliver real value to future CNA students 2) No duplicate content (Please be aware of interviewee's answers. You may already get answers for your next questions.) Based on the two criteria, you decide how to edit the content. How Good Should The Content? - The content must give real advice that future nursing assistant (or nurse aide or CNA) students would love to hear regarding CNA education and careers. - Add the following information at the beginning of your transcription: The interviewee’s title, organization, contact information, the interview date, and your name as interviewer - Title length: be limited to 53 characters with spaces - META description length: be limited to 140 characters with spaces - Original and 100% pass CopyScape - Format your piece well - No grammatical and other errors (Please proofread your piece before sending it to us) - Please always let your interviewee read your piece before you send the content to us - You pass full ownership of the content over to us.
