Bulk Email List building

Hi we wish to build an email database by web harvesting email addresses (or other suggestion you have) then sending them an invite to our DB through introduction email (we expect high % of bounces here). We are property investment company in Brazil. We wish your company to carry out web harvesting (although we can do that part fairly simply) then email the target address and if response is successful (or not rejected) mark that address as valid to us for future sends. ## Deliverables Hi I realise you may wish to quote by job, or monthly fee based on your time. Additionally there will be SMTP charges I imagine. We are looking for a serious aggressive email,net marketing partner. I am open to your proposals on how to best work.
